Preorder Policy Overview
Preorders are advance purchases made to reserve upcoming products before their official release date. By placing a preorder on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
All Preorders Are Final — No Cancellations or Refunds
All preorder sales are final. Once a preorder is placed, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Changes in market value
- Delays from the manufacturer or distributor
- Personal preference changes
- Pricing adjustments before or after release
This policy is in place to ensure accurate order planning, allocation management, and inventory fulfillment.
Release Dates and Delays
Please note that release dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Delays are outside of our control and do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
In the event of a release date change, your preorder will remain active and will be fulfilled as soon as product becomes available.
Product Allocation & Fulfillment
All preorders are subject to manufacturer and distributor allocation. If we receive less product than expected, fulfillment will occur in the order preorders were received.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to allocation cuts or supply issues, we will issue a full refund for the unfulfilled portion only.
Payment & Charges
Payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed. By completing checkout, you authorize immediate payment to secure your preorder.
Shipping & Delivery
Preorders will ship as soon as the product is released and received at our facility. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise specified.
