All preorder sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or order changes are allowed once a preorder is placed. Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change; delays do not qualify for refunds. Payment is taken at checkout to secure your preorder.

If we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to manufacturer allocation or supply issues, a refund will be issued only for the unfulfilled portion.
