Return Policy

1. Trading Cards and Collectibles:

Due to the dynamic nature of the trading card market, all sales of trading cards and trading card products are final. Given the frequent fluctuations in card values and market conditions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except under specific circumstances:

  • Errors in Order: If we make an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.
  • Factory-Sealed Products: Returns for factory-sealed trading card products may be considered in exceptional cases. To qualify for a return, the request must be made on the same day of delivery. All items must remain in their original, factory-sealed condition. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Condition of Returns: Items returned for any reason must be in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

2. Memorabilia:

All sales of autographed memorabilia are final. We take great care in ensuring the authenticity and quality of our autographed items, which are certified by leading authorities in sports memorabilia and autograph authentication.

3. Apparel, Novelties, and Trading Card Supplies:

  • Returns: We accept returns for clothing, novelty items, and trading card supplies if we are notified within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to apply the same return policies as those for trading cards and memorabilia if necessary.

4. Damaged Packages:

  • Notification: If your package arrives damaged, notify us immediately. Do not open the carton if you suspect damage to the contents.
  • Procedure: We will arrange for the return of the damaged package at no cost to you and provide a replacement if inventory is available.

5. Damaged Cards or Manufacturer Errors:

  • Manufacturer Issues: We are not responsible for errors related to card production, including damage during manufacturing or discrepancies in the number of inserts or hits. These issues should be addressed with the product's manufacturer.
  • Manufacturer Contact: We will assist you by providing contact information for the manufacturer to facilitate a resolution. Please note that manufacturer replacement is generally only available within one calendar year from the product's release date.
